The D&V Support Portal provides information on support procedures, knowledge base articles, product downloads, manuals and news. It’s also where you can submit, update, and track your support requests.

About Our Support Center

Getting started with D&V Support is easy; simply create a login using the e-mail address that you use to communicate with D&V Technical Support.

Creating a User Login:

  1. Visit the D&V Support Portal page
  2. Click on “Sign up”
  3. Enter your Name and E-mail address
  4. Follow the link sent your E-mail Inbox to create a login password

Submitting a Support Request:

  1. Login using your E-mail and password
  2. Click on “Submit a request” on the top-left of the page
  3. Enter your “Subject”, “Description” of issue and attach any relevant pictures or files

Updating or Viewing your Support Request:

  1.  Click on “My Activities”
  2. Select your support request from the list
