The D&V Support Portal provides information on support procedures, knowledge base articles, product downloads, manuals and news. It’s also where you can submit, update, and track your support requests.
Getting started with D&V Support is easy; simply create a login using the e-mail address that you use to communicate with D&V Technical Support.
Creating a User Login:
- Visit the D&V Support Portal page
- Click on “Sign up”
- Enter your Name and E-mail address
- Follow the link sent your E-mail Inbox to create a login password
Submitting a Support Request:
- Login using your E-mail and password
- Click on “Submit a request” on the top-left of the page
- Enter your “Subject”, “Description” of issue and attach any relevant pictures or files
Updating or Viewing your Support Request:
- Click on “My Activities”
- Select your support request from the list
