D&V has developed 12 V, 48 V and higher voltage BSG and ISG testing systems for performance, endurance and production testing, complete with thermal chambers, chillers and assembly lines.

D&V’s modular test system technology provides capabilities to measure the performance and efficiency of the inverter and/or motor/generator using D&V’s extremely fast data acquisition technology. Test systems are available for endurance testing, with thermal chambers, for crank testing two units at a time. Flexible configurations are also available for high volume assembly line installations with high speed/high resolution data acquisition.
