Implementation of Support Suite Service Ticket Tracking
To better enable D&V Electronics Technical Support to track customer service calls and requests we will be implementing the online Ticket feature in the D&V Support Centre. To access the Support Centre go to http://support.dvelectronics.com/
Or go to the D&V Electronics web site: http://www.dvelectronics.com/
- Select "Support"
- Select " Support Centre"
- Enter your Email Address for the user name
- Password (You can change this after you logon if you wish)
NOTE: New users can submit a ticket without logging on. A user name and password will be provided. After your ticket has been received, a member of our staff will review it and reply accordingly. Please do not reply to the ticket by email, you must reply online. You can check the status of / or reply to your Ticket online at: http://support.dvelectronics.com/. For users that have registered previously your new user name is your email address. Your Password is the same. If you receive a message that your user name is invalid please register again.
