The PMT-282 is a production performance tester for integrated motor generators up to 75 kW (100 hp). it is designed to deliver maximum capabilities, flexibility and accuracy optimized with extended measuring, documentation and statistical functions. Measured parameters are: Motoring and Generating: Active & Apparent Power, Power Factor, Efficiency, Torque, Resolver Angle, Back EMF, Amplitude Imbalance, and optional Sound and Vibration measurement. The test cycle is automated with completely programmable scripting of test procedures. The PMT-282 features high resolution and precise performance via 16 bit data acquisition system. A proprietary ripple current analysis technique is able to detect and graphically display stator phase imbalance conditions. Product limits are easy to setup using the test specification editor and new test specifications can be generated via the statistical engine. Expanded report and statistical capabilities include a user programmable report generator that sends the results to MS Excel for performance report print out. Any previous test can be retrieved for display. The measuring interface is easily expandable for custom requirements. Temperature inputs and auxiliary analog channels are available for customer defined measurements.
